Terms of Service

Last updated 2026. These terms govern your use of Kuna Logistics, the booking and instant-quote platform operated by Kuna Ltd.

1. Who we are

Kuna Logistics is a digital booking and instant-quote platform operated by Kuna Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 16899124, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Kuna Ltd does not own vehicles and is not the carrier.

2. Fulfilment — our vetted carrier partner (the carrier of record)

Removals, courier and business deliveries booked through Kuna Logistics are carried out by our vetted carrier partner, who is the carrier of record. The carrier partner holds the relevant operator licensing and hire-and-reward insurance (including goods-in-transit and public liability cover) and is responsible for the carriage of your goods. Kuna Ltd provides the booking technology and instant-quote service; it does not perform the carriage and is not the carrier of record.

3. Quotes and prices

Prices shown on the platform are indicative until confirmed. Once you book, the agreed all-in price holds for seven days. The final contract of carriage is between you and the carrier of record.

4. Payment

In this version of the platform, no card payment is taken on the site — you book and lock your quote, and a booking request is recorded. When on-site payment is enabled in future, it will be processed by our carrier partner as the merchant and carrier of record through the carrier's own payment provider (Stripe). Kuna Ltd does not hold or process payment for the carriage and stays outside the flow of funds.

5. Liability

Liability for the carriage of your goods rests with the carrier of record under their terms of carriage and insurance. Kuna Ltd's role is limited to providing the booking platform and instant-quote service.

6. Coverage

The platform books services across London and the Home Counties (Surrey, Kent, Essex and Hertfordshire). National and European trunk routes are available on request.
