Last updated 2026. This policy explains how Kuna Ltd handles your information when you use Kuna Logistics, the booking and instant-quote platform.

1. Who is the data controller

The platform is operated by Kuna Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 16899124. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. (This is the registered office for correspondence only — it is not an operational base or a collection/delivery address.)

2. What we collect

When you request a quote or make a booking we collect the details you submit: the collection and delivery locations, dates, the service and load size, and your name, email and phone number so the booking can be fulfilled.

3. How we use it and who we share it with

We use your details to produce your quote and to arrange fulfilment. To fulfil the booking, we share the necessary details with our vetted carrier partner, the carrier of record, who carries out the move or delivery. When on-site payment is enabled in future, payment is handled by the carrier partner as merchant of record through their own payment provider (Stripe); Kuna Ltd does not store card details.

4. Retention

We keep booking and quote records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

5. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@kuna.ltd and we'll action your request.
